Ching's Secret Hakka Egg noodles, 2 tbsp Ching's Secret Vinegar, 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1½ tbsp Ching's Secret Soy sauce, 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds, 1 tsp peeled, grated fresh ginger, ¼ tsp salt, 2 spring onions, thinly slice on the diagonal, ¼ tsp crushed red pepper.
Cook the Ching's Secret Hakka Egg Noodles or hakka noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold running water(Refresh). Transfer the noodles to a large bowl. In a small bowl mix the Ching's Secret Vinegar, oil, Ching's Secret Soy sauce, sesame seeds, ginger, salt, spring onions, and red pepper. Remove the noodles from the refrigerator and mix with the sesame mixture until well coated. Serve cold or at room temperature.
