HONEY CAULIFLOWER DIP





INGREDIENTS
CAULIFLOWER FLORETS     10-12
ONION-                   1 ( CHOPPED)
TOMATO SAUCE             1/2 CUP
RED CHILLI SAUCE        4TBSP
HONEY  1 TBSP
BLACK PEPPER             1/2TSP
SALT                    1/2 TSP
OIL                      2TBSP

FOR THE BATTER

MAIDA -   4TBSP
CORFLOUR- 2 TBSP
WATER -
SALT
BLACK PEPPER

METHOD

.STEAM THE FLORETS FOR 3-4 MINS
MAKE THE BATTER OF MEDIUM CONSISTENCY. AND DIP THE FLORETS IN BATTER AND
 DEEP FRY THEM .
KEEP ASIDE ON ABSORBENT PAPER.
FOR THE SAUCE
HEAT OIL, ADD ONIONS. AS THEY TURM PINK, ADD TOMATO SAUCE, RED CHILLI SAUCE
BLACK PEPPER, SALT. NOW ADD THE FLORETS. STIR TILL THE SAUCE COATS THE FLORETS. ADD HONEY AND TOSS.
SERVE INSTANTLY
