1 packet (200 grams) instant dhokla mix or mixture
2 tbsp grated paneer
4 tbsp finely chopped spinach
green or coconut chutney Method
Grease small flan tins very well. Sprinkle the grated paneer and spinach at the bottom.
Fill the tins with the prepared batter and steam for 5 mins.Turn the tins upside down. Fill the centre with green chutney.
