PANEER CHILLI DOSA ( CHINESE DOSA )

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of Ching’s secret paneer chili sauce mix
  • 1 pack of MTR instant dosai mix
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum
  • 450 ml water
  • 1 cup paneer cubes
Method:
  • Make dosa batter with Raji instant dosa mix as per the instructions given on the pack.
  • Pour 450 ml of water in a pan, mix the entire content of Ching’s Secret Paneer Chili Sauce Mix, and boil on a medium flame till the sauce gets thick. Mix the prepared sauce with the paneer cubes. Make dosa with the batter, place the paneer chili in the center of dosa, roll the crispy dosa into half and serve hot. Serve the left over sauce on the side
