Onion and Spinach Chilla



INGREDIENTS
8tbsp Gram Flour
2 onions chopped
3 tbsp shredded spinach
1Green chilli chopped
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Cheese slices
Bread slices

Method
Make a batter of gramfour with water of medium consistency. Add onions , chillies ,  spinach, and seasonings. On hot tava, pour little oil and add laddleful of mixture  and spread it evenly  to make a round pancake / cheela. Add oil on sides. Now put a cheese slice on a uncooked chilla top, and now cover the slice with a bread slice immediately. Press lightly. Drizzle some oil and turn the side. Now just cook until golden bown and crisp.
