Vegetable stock

For six cups

1 onion
1 carrot chopped
1 potato chopped
4-5 french beans chopped

or

1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1tsp crushed ginger
1/2 tsp salt
7 cups water

method
Mix all the ingredients and pressure cook for 10 to 15mins. Strain and use as required.
