CHILLI CORIANDER FRIED RICE
2 cups rice
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 red chilli, sliced
1 sliced green chilli
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp oil
SALT to taste
Heat the oil, add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the chillies and sauté for a few more seconds.
Add the soya sauce, rice, coriander and salt and mix well.
